Improve your CQC rating to attract service users
and demonstrate that through robust governance,
safe, individualised quality care is delivered
every day.
Using over 50 years of both operational
experience and compliance in the health care and
social care sectors, we offer a choice of affordable
options to enhance your rating.
At L&J Care Compliance, we have been working to
create templates, check lists and frameworks to
ensure all areas of each CQC domain are
regularly monitored by your staff, and that there
is a total awareness of the required quality
compliance expected by the new CQC single assessment framework.
Your staff will love the inclusivity and involvement
in their care home and your Return on
Investment (ROI) will be realised within a month.
Step 1 – Set up your initial free one hour
consultation (This is a discussion about your
nursing/care home and any issues you are
currently having/what happened in your CQC
inspection from your end and how you would like to
move forward).
Step 2 - We visit your care home for a day to
understand your needs and requirements from a
governance, compliance and CQC domain point of view. This day will be charged at a
one off daily rate.
Step 3 - We will then send you a written proposal
at a set cost, for us to work in-house and make
those changes as far as possible, within any
financial envelope that we have agreed. We train you on using correct documentation, policies and CQC notifications, including risk assessments and safe care for patients.
OR
We will send you a framework in digital format as a
result of our assessment day which will be an easy
tool to follow yourselves and raise your
CQC rating.

I have been a qualified RGN for nearly forty years. I have worked as a Breast Care Nurse Specialist , Oncology Manager and was a Clinical Director at a large hospice. I have been part of many CQC inspections with hospitals and various clinical institutions.
I successfully ran teams of nurses, and large clinical divisions of staff, including medical teams.
Starting new clinical services, and focusing on identified gaps in provision of care, I initiated and effectively implemented and improved services.
The last inspection I was part of was awarded an Outstanding rating by the CQC.

I initially built my career in marketing, finishing in international marketing roles, travelling the world for various multi-national organisations. My focus was on project management and international special bid management for successful million-dollar global bids. I gave up that career path when I had my son and so for the past 20 years I have been working in NHS and other clinical organisations in senior governance capacities.
My focus for the organisations that I have worked with is on well-led and evidencing great care and organisational control and awareness. The last CQC inspection that I supported was awarded a rating of Outstanding.
